Leads the full lifecycle of large data center construction projects, including field operations, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, safety, quality control, change management, vendor performance, and stakeholder communication. Owns structured cabling and physical-layer QA/QC, EHS compliance, risk mitigation, service delivery, reporting, and process improvement. Coordinates cross-functional teams, clients, subcontractors, and senior leaders while driving project execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Delivers post-sales network engineering services, including requirements assessment, solution design, equipment staging, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and client coordination. Manages complex data center networking environments involving routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, DMZs, DDI, routing protocols, and modern switching architectures. Collaborates with clients, vendors, Smart Hands, project managers, and internal teams to meet service-level objectives, resolve issues, improve deployment processes, and enhance service delivery.

Leads multiple large-scale construction and structured cabling or data center projects from planning through completion. Manages project teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, cost forecasting, safety, quality, deliverables, and client relationships. Oversees installation strategies, change management, resource planning, reporting, and financial performance. Supports continuous improvement, employee development, and business expansion while ensuring projects meet schedule, quality, safety, and profitability objectives.
