The Sales Prospecting Account Executive will drive a pipeline of charity event opportunities, maximize donation growth, build relationships, and analyze data to support fundraising initiatives.

Serve as a strategic partner to social good customers to drive adoption of Blackbaud/YourCause cloud solutions. Build executive relationships, develop success plans, monitor customer health, protect recurring revenue, support renewals, identify expansion opportunities with sales, and foster advocacy through best practices, training, and events.

Lead technical direction for Blackbaud's internal AI platform and mentor product owners and engineers. Design and govern agent architectures, evaluate vendor capabilities, set standards and guardrails, run technical office hours, and produce rapid platform recommendations to enable enterprise AI adoption across value streams.

Lead cybersecurity incident response, digital forensics, and threat hunting activities. Analyze security events, investigate root causes, contain and mitigate threats, coordinate cross-functional response efforts, and develop remediation strategies. Conduct forensic analysis of endpoint and network artifacts, volatile memory, malicious files, and scripts while preserving electronic evidence. Enhance detection capabilities using threat intelligence, security frameworks, and industry best practices.

Own and grow a portfolio of high-value nonprofit partners across North America. Drive retention, donation growth, expansion revenue, competitive win-backs, and adoption of JustGiving features and integrations. Build senior-level relationships, identify and close new opportunities, provide data-driven fundraising advice, forecast revenue, communicate market insights, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Operations.

Owns Blackbaud’s Awareness to Revenue value stream, managing its strategy, roadmap, intake, prioritization, taxonomy, governance, and performance metrics. The role coordinates demand, lead qualification, sales, pricing, packaging, and revenue motions while removing bottlenecks and improving conversion. It leads AI-native workflow redesign, establishes human-oversight standards, guides initiatives from proof of concept through deployment, and partners with business, technology, finance, and commercial leaders on portfolio investments, PI planning, and enterprise transformation.

Lead global demand generation to drive pipeline, net-new logo acquisition, and expansion. Build and scale a segment-aligned demand org, enforce operating rhythms, leverage AI and data for targeting and experimentation, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Data Science, GTM Engineering, and Revenue Operations to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Lead threat detection, investigate and respond to security incidents, reverse-engineer malware, build detections and automations, perform intrusion and log analysis across on‑prem and cloud environments, mentor analysts, and improve security tooling and processes.

Lead pricing and packaging strategy for AI-enabled SaaS products. Design, model, and test license, usage, outcome, and hybrid pricing constructs; run pilots and A/B tests; define telemetry and entitlement controls; partner with Product, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to operationalize pricing and ensure price realization and margin health.

Serve as a trusted FP&A partner for GTM leaders supporting budgeting, forecasting, driver-based modeling, performance analysis, month-end close, scenario modeling, executive reporting, and process automation to inform investment and growth decisions.

The Enterprise Architect for Data & AI will shape the architecture for the SaaS platform, ensuring efficient data practices and responsible AI governance, while collaborating with various teams to align technology with business goals.

The Engineering Manager will lead teams in developing and managing Blackbaud's Data & AI platform, focusing on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

Lead TBM product vision and roadmap for ApptioOne and Cloudability. Translate TBM taxonomy into features, prioritize backlog, collaborate with Finance, IT, and engineering, ensure cost allocation accuracy, enable automation/AI, and deliver actionable FinOps insights and governance.

Lead and coach a team of Strategic Account Executives to drive bookings and revenue with enterprise nonprofit clients. Lead the AI workflow roadmap for implementation-to-renewal, define and prioritize AI agent use cases, manage backlog and delivery, ensure security/privacy/responsible AI, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive platform adoption, and measure agent usage and business impact to move pilots to production.

Manage U.S. income tax provision, compliance, and reporting (ASC 740); lead tax provision calculations, reconciliations, and variance analysis; coordinate U.S. tax compliance with external providers; research technical tax issues; support audit requests and process improvements using tax technology, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.

Own and resolve advanced Financial Edge NXT customer cases, triage defects and incidents, file defect tickets, mentor and coach peers, create and improve Knowledgebase content, support triage meetings and assist leadership on initiatives to improve support quality and reduce time-to-close for complex issues.

The Account Executive will manage sales activities, collaborate with teams, and build executive relationships to exceed revenue objectives in SaaS sales.
