Qualify, pursue, and close new accounts; maintain relationships; deliver ROI-driven proposals; manage pipeline, forecasts, and daily activity; meet monthly and quarterly quotas; collaborate cross-functionally and stay current on market trends.

The Sales Prospecting Account Executive will drive a pipeline of charity event opportunities, maximize donation growth, build relationships, and analyze data to support fundraising initiatives.

Serve as a strategic partner to social good customers to drive adoption of Blackbaud/YourCause cloud solutions. Build executive relationships, develop success plans, monitor customer health, protect recurring revenue, support renewals, identify expansion opportunities with sales, and foster advocacy through best practices, training, and events.
