Develop and execute growth marketing programs for the higher education vertical to generate qualified pipeline and revenue. Lead integrated campaigns across email, webinars, paid and social media, and AI-driven channels. Analyze customer insights and market trends using Adobe Analytics, Qlik, and Excel; design A/B and multivariate tests; optimize conversion performance; establish KPIs and reporting; and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and executive stakeholders.

Develops and manages partner enablement programs, training curricula, content, communications, webinars, events, and partner portals. Collaborates with product, customer success, marketing, and subject matter experts to improve partner engagement, knowledge transfer, and partner-influenced revenue. Tracks program KPIs, coordinates cross-functional deliverables, and evaluates enablement effectiveness across virtual and on-site initiatives.

Provides senior legal guidance for global payments and fintech operations, including product design, market expansion, payment regulations, cross-border funds flow, commercial agreements, treasury, settlement, and regulatory reviews. Partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to manage legal and operational risk, negotiate complex agreements, and develop scalable compliance approaches.
