Operate and program CNC and manual grinding machines to sharpen, modify, and recondition cutting tools. Set up equipment, select/mount grinding wheels, inspect tools with precision measuring devices, perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Operate, set up, and program CNC and grinding machines to sharpen, modify, and recondition cutting tools. Inspect tools with precision measuring equipment, perform maintenance and troubleshooting, dress grinding wheels, and maintain safety and an organized workspace.

Manage regional sales team and Account Managers to exceed sales and gross profit goals. Coach, train, and lead sales programs, analyze trends, support pricing, credit, purchasing, customer service, and ISO documentation. Ensure customer satisfaction, cost savings, and timely testing/completion.

Own the Round Cutting Tools category strategy and commercial execution to drive revenue, margin, market share, and supplier alignment. Lead assortment, pricing, supplier negotiations, cross-functional programs, and performance management while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and operations.
