Manage regional sales team and Account Managers to exceed sales and gross profit goals. Coach, train, and lead sales programs, analyze trends, support pricing, credit, purchasing, customer service, and ISO documentation. Ensure customer satisfaction, cost savings, and timely testing/completion.
