Lead and manage the software engineering, QA, and data operations teams to design, build, modernize, and operate enterprise applications and reporting. Own architecture, Agile delivery, CI/CD, database performance, and AI-assisted development governance while aligning technical strategy with business goals and mentoring engineering talent.

Handle courtroom appearances (minimum three days/week), review and sign pleadings, manage contested litigation, draft motions and responses, oversee discovery and opposing counsel communications, and ensure compliance for new claims.

Represent the firm in court (minimum three days/week); review new claims and pleadings for compliance; draft and argue motions; manage contested litigation matters, discovery, trials, arbitrations, and communications with opposing counsel and courts.

Serve as primary client liaison for escalated litigation matters: manage communications, coordinate with legal/compliance/operations, review and transmit legal documents, track escalations to resolution, maintain records, draft client updates and ensure compliant, timely responses.

Prepare and organize legal documents, assist with discovery and e-filing, compile exhibits, track deadlines, conduct basic legal research, and provide administrative and procedural support to attorneys in a high-volume collections practice.
