Own architecture, Agile delivery, CI/CD, database performance, and AI-assisted development governance while aligning technical strategy with business goals and mentoring engineering talent.

Handle courtroom appearances (minimum three days/week), review and sign pleadings, manage contested litigation, draft motions and responses, oversee discovery and opposing counsel communications, and ensure compliance for new claims.

Represent the firm in court (minimum three days/week); review new claims and pleadings for compliance; draft and argue motions; manage contested litigation matters, discovery, trials, arbitrations, and communications with opposing counsel and courts.
