Lead a remote team of 10–12 Account Managers focused on SMB Food & Beverage merchants to drive upsell, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Coach and develop the team, run pipeline reviews and 1:1s, handle escalations, partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Sales, and support OKRs and program improvements. Travel approximately quarterly for team or customer meetings.

Manage a portfolio of ~175 mid-market retail sellers to drive retention, expansion, and satisfaction. Consult with owners to uncover cross-sell and technical solution opportunities across payments, POS, business management, and banking tools. Negotiate contracts, project-manage implementations with cross-functional teams, deliver white-glove service, and advocate seller needs to Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Field-driven Territory Account Executive responsible for full-cycle, self-sourced sales across Square's product suite. Spend ~80% of time in-market conducting 50–60 targeted visits weekly, running demos, closing deals, building pipeline via door-to-door outreach, events, and partnerships, and using Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecasts.
