Responsibilities include requirements gathering, business-case development, service governance, vendor and contract support, billing and financial operations, onboarding and offboarding, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and large-scale implementation leadership. The role translates business needs into network-service and engineering requirements, supports product managers, develops training and communication materials, and coordinates cross-functional teams across Blue Plans and business partners.

Leads architecture, engineering, security, governance, automation, and strategic direction for enterprise Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud platforms. Designs scalable cloud-native solutions, automates provisioning and security remediation, manages infrastructure as code, oversees migrations and modernization, defines standards and roadmaps, and serves as the highest technical escalation point. Partners with vendors and internal teams, mentors engineers, and ensures platform reliability, compliance, monitoring, and operational support.
