Support Account Executives by preparing and managing quotes for hardware, software, subscriptions and services; coordinate with vendors and internal teams; manage CRM opportunity tracking, deal registration, pricing approvals, and communicate quote/renewal/order status to customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Identify and prospect commercial-sector clients (state, local, education, government); qualify leads, book meetings, and support sales executives. Maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing, and promote IT modernization, cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance solutions to meet outreach and pipeline targets.

Design, implement, govern, and support enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Own platform architecture, ALM, environment and DLP policies, CoE governance, and integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems. Build Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot-driven solutions using Dataverse, implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor reliability, troubleshoot production issues, and enable citizen developers while enforcing security and compliance.
