Designs, deploys, troubleshoots, and supports enterprise network and security infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, cloud networking, VPNs, and data center services. The role analyzes operational incidents, implements remediation, maintains documentation, communicates with management, supports roadmap decisions, and participates in on-call rotations. It requires extensive experience with multi-vendor network security technologies, cloud platforms, and customer-facing technical work.

Leads a team of 4–6 senior network engineers while providing hands-on support for complex customer environments. Oversees daily operations, escalations, incident and major incident management, root cause analysis, preventive measures, performance reviews, on-call scheduling, and workload distribution. Troubleshoots and optimizes Cisco, Nexus, Meraki, Palo Alto, Check Point, F5, and SAN technologies, while supporting monitoring, automation, patching, firmware updates, and hardware lifecycle management.

Leads presales discovery, enterprise network and security architecture, technical assessments, solution presentations, cost modeling, proposals, and RFP responses. Designs complex multi-domain solutions across routing, switching, SD-WAN, SASE, wireless, data centers, cloud connectivity, segmentation, NAC, and firewalls. Partners with sales, delivery, engineering, vendors, and clients to validate feasibility, scope, resources, and business value. Mentors architects and serves as a senior technical advisor for complex pursuits.
