The Vice President will manage the transaction process for real estate acquisitions, conducting financial and legal due diligence, preparing closing statements, and overseeing junior analysts.

Perform daily reconciliations and recordkeeping of client trades, holdings, and cash in BlackRock Aladdin versus custodian records; investigate and resolve discrepancies; collaborate with internal teams and vendors; maintain procedures, controls, and audit activities; support process improvements and technology initiatives while managing client relationships and operational deadlines.

Manage insurance aspects of real assets transactions from diligence through closing; place and administer property and liability programs to meet lender covenants; standardize insurance transaction processes; partner with deal teams and shape long-term insurance strategy using RMIS.
