Supports settlement of public and private investment transactions, including trade booking, capital calls, private credit transfers, public markets matching, DTC settlements, corporate actions, reconciliations, and exception resolution. Partners with custodians and internal teams to maintain accurate records, resolve operational issues, execute transfers, and improve procedures and controls. The role requires investment operations experience and familiarity with public or private credit and alternative investments.

Leads private wealth capital raising and client relationship management across Registered Investment Advisors in the Midwest. Responsibilities include prospecting, sales campaigns, asset growth and retention, business planning, educating advisory teams on alternative investments, managing partner platforms, and supporting market team members. Requires extensive RIA fundraising experience, alternatives expertise, FINRA licensing, frequent client travel, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Maintain Security Master data in BlackRock Aladdin, perform daily quality control reviews, research and resolve complex investment data and system issues, support audits and reconciliations, partner with internal teams and vendors, support client service, and drive process improvement, automation, and documentation.
