Manage insurance aspects of real assets transactions from diligence through closing; place and administer property and liability programs to meet lender covenants; standardize insurance transaction processes; partner with deal teams and shape long-term insurance strategy using RMIS.

Lead due diligence for commercial real estate transactions, manage multiple acquisitions, analyze financial packages, and oversee analysts. Requires 7 years of experience in real estate acquisitions.
