Supports digital infrastructure investments through financial modeling, underwriting, valuation, market research, due diligence, transaction execution, investment committee materials, and ongoing asset and fund management. The role also includes screening opportunities, conducting industry and competitor research, supporting business development, participating in site tours and management meetings, and managing third-party relationships.

Leads GAAP-compliant accounting and financial reporting for digital infrastructure private equity funds, property-level entities, parallel funds, and SPVs. Oversees fund administrator deliverables, audits, tax and regulatory filings, investor and lender reporting, cash flow forecasting, return calculations, waterfalls, carried interest, internal controls, and portfolio company reconciliations. Builds scalable accounting processes using software and AI automation while supporting valuation, liquidity, and investment performance reporting.

Supports SEC reporting for non-traded REITs, including consolidated financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, 8-K and Section 16 filings in Workiva. Reviews fund administrator and property manager schedules, performs tie-outs, researches technical accounting issues, supports NAV close, audits, SOX testing, and internal board and audit committee reporting.
