Lead development of safety frameworks and V&V for end-to-end autonomous robotics, perform risk assessments and safety reviews, derive technical safety requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to monitor fleet performance and deploy scalable autonomy.

Own the technical architecture, strategy, and roadmap for an autonomous construction robotics stack spanning localization, planning, controls, and safeguarding. Make build-versus-reuse-versus-buy decisions, design safety systems, guide integration and field validation, establish shared technical foundations across autonomy programs, and mentor engineers. The role requires architecting and shipping production autonomous systems, strong compiled-language software skills, broad systems judgment, and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Develop and optimize computer-vision and deep-learning models (segmentation, depth) and end-to-end ML pipelines for perception. Own lifecycle from prototype to production deployment on edge and cloud, evaluate performance on large datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate perception into autonomous tractors.
