As a Carrier Sales Associate, you will engage in negotiating rates with trucking carriers, build relationships, and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Manage end-to-end freight claims: file, investigate, reconcile, negotiate, and resolve claims. Liaise with carriers, customers, and internal teams; use EZ Claims and NMFC rules; provide reporting, reconcile with finance, meet KPIs, and support process improvements and training.

The International Operations Coordinator manages international freight operations, oversees customer accounts, ensures compliance with trade regulations, and resolves operational issues. They analyze market trends, support account growth, and maintain shipment data efficiently.
