The Inbound Sales Specialist will close phone sales and provide customer solutions while managing the customer experience up to installation.

Lead pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for Residential and Business segments to drive subscriber growth, ARPU, and revenue. Own product positioning, segmentation, launches, promotions, and performance monitoring. Partner cross-functionally with Digital, Campaigns, Market Expansion, Product, and Sales, and manage a high-performing team focused on acquisition, retention, and lifecycle optimization.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to close sales, provide product and pricing information, follow sales processes and schedules, escalate issues, maintain product knowledge, follow up via phone/email/text, and own the customer experience through installation.
