Regional Business Development Manager responsible for generating new commercial insurance business through inside/outside sales, networking, lead generation, trade associations, events, and Salesforce-managed pipelines. Role requires face-to-face meetings, preparing proposals, meeting KPIs and annual sales goals, regional travel (75% region focus, 25% outside), frequent evening networking, and occasional overnight travel.

Lead the accounting function including financial reporting, internal controls, treasury, tax, M&A due diligence and integration, and team development. Prepare GAAP-compliant statements, manage audits and lender reporting, shorten the monthly close, oversee tax filings, and drive risk mitigation and governance across the company while coaching and building a high-performing accounting team.
