Part-time outside sales role focused on recruiting and coaching new Members to form profitable networks. Drive prospecting, close memberships, maintain sales records, coach applicants, collaborate with regional team, and meet weekly reporting and sales goals. Work includes in-person and virtual selling, attending local events, and some nontraditional hours.

Lead regional growth by coaching Area and Launch Directors to launch and expand chapters, support pipeline development, prospecting, and performance monitoring. Provide strategic guidance, operational support, and field coaching to improve execution, implement corrective actions, and develop regional talent while aligning regional activities to organizational priorities.

Part-time outside sales consultant who generates leads, recruits and closes new Members, coaches applicants to achieve milestones, maintains sales records, and supports forming Chapters through selling, marketing, and relationship-building activities. Works evenings/weekends and attends local events to meet sales targets and reduce member churn.
