Leads an enterprise Solution Engineering team supporting complex software sales cycles. Responsibilities include hiring and developing senior SEs, managing technical sales strategy, improving pipeline and forecast execution, leading proofs of concept and strategic deals, partnering with sales and technical teams, and creating scalable enablement and operating processes. The role requires executive-level customer engagement, strong presales methodology expertise, technical fluency across integration, APIs, data, AI, and platform engineering, and experience leading enterprise technology teams.

Leads Boomi’s enterprise AI strategy, agentic AI transformation, and AI data foundation. The role oversees multi-agent architecture, model strategy, AI gateways, knowledge graphs, semantic layers, retrieval, trust and governance systems, evaluation, observability, and production data pipelines. It manages and mentors distributed AI and data engineering teams, drives enterprise adoption, defines architecture and operating standards, and communicates strategy to executives, customers, and partners.

Lead strategic presales architecture and technical engagements for State, Local, and Higher Education customers across North America. Design secure hybrid integration and modernization strategies, support RFPs and public procurement evaluations, lead proofs of value, and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders. Coordinate internal specialists and partners across iPaaS, API Management, master data management, and AI initiatives while addressing public-sector compliance, data sovereignty, runtime infrastructure, and network security requirements.
