Assistant Controller leads daily accounting operations, financial close, reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax support, cash management, internal controls, and process improvements. The role supervises accounting staff, partners across departments, supports compliance, and serves as backup to the Controller. Candidates need progressive full-cycle accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, financial analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Provides technical support for sales teams and customers on commercial, municipal, industrial, and residential building systems. Reviews requirements, bids, RFQs, and specifications; recommends solutions; prepares quotations; coordinates with manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and engineers; maintains CRM records; supports seminars, training, field start-ups, and inside sales coverage.
