Drives capital equipment, service contract, and disposable revenue within the Urology division. Partners with field sales, marketing, finance, contracting, and training teams; coaches territory managers and business partners; develops sales strategies; presents to customers; monitors performance; supports product launches and pricing models; and manages administrative activities. Requires medical device and capital equipment sales experience, strong leadership, strategic problem-solving, communication, and business skills.

Provides field-based clinical, technical, and educational support for electrophysiology and atrial fibrillation medical devices during cardiac procedures. Trains physicians and EP lab staff, demonstrates mapping and ablation technologies, develops hospital relationships, supports sales and market development, responds to technical inquiries, and manages clinical trial activities including site initiation and investigator education.

Develops manufacturing processes, technologies, and test systems for medical devices. Connects research and design with manufacturing, scales processes for high-volume production, reduces variation, improves quality, partners with technology leaders, and maintains process plans, manufacturing instructions, and material implementation throughout product development.
