Teams at Bota

Build and launch unconventional, engineering-driven growth experiments for Bota by identifying ideal customers, creating prototypes, integrations, automations, open-source projects, and distribution mechanisms. Work directly with the CEO to take ideas from hypothesis through launch, measurement, iteration, and scale. The role focuses on rapid experimentation, software and AI leverage, measurable customer acquisition, and turning successful experiments into repeatable growth channels.

Build and own Bota’s full-stack AI hardware platform, including backend services, APIs, data models, frontend interfaces, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, security, and observability. The founding engineer will make end-to-end technical decisions, collaborate with product, design, and customers, mentor future engineers, improve system performance and reliability, and help shape engineering culture and long-term technology strategy.
