Lead procurement analytics by building KPIs, dashboards, and reports (Domo/Excel/Smartsheet); analyze supplier and shop-level procurement performance; develop and communicate procurement policies, SOPs, and training; liaise with finance and operations to improve buying behavior and gross profit through data-driven recommendations and process improvements.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise training to drive Operational Excellence. Develop L&D strategy, assess needs, create programs, manage budgets, measure ROI, lead change management, oversee national field training teams and vendor relationships.
