Provide front-desk and administrative support including phone coverage, calendar and inbox management, processing membership and CCAP applications, document preparation, data entry, billing/expense reconciliation, and general office tasks to support enrollment operations and families.

Manage after-school site operations and staff to deliver safe, inclusive, and engaging youth programming. Supervise Youth Development Assistants, maintain staff-to-member ratios, ensure program quality, build relationships with families and partners, oversee facility safety and cleanliness, assist with administrative tasks, and promote members' social, academic, and life-skill development.

Lead strategy, project management, and continuous improvement for Industry Clubs and Up Next programs. Oversee planning, budgets, KPIs, data collection, partner cultivation, community engagement, and reporting. Train site teams, monitor outcomes, coordinate events and field experiences, support grant development, and ensure consistent, high-quality workforce development delivery across sites.
