Teams at Boys & Girls Clubs of North Central Illinois Inc.

Oversee morning youth programming across assigned Club sites, ensure age-appropriate activities, supervise and support Youth Development Assistants, maintain safety and compliance, manage attendance and records, coordinate with families and schools, and provide on-site coverage and scheduling to ensure a positive, safe start to the school day.

Support delivery of the OJJDP grant by supervising social work interns, maintaining program curriculum and data-driven goals, coordinating referrals and organizational partnerships, and ensuring program quality and compliance across sites.

The Social Work Intern supports children and families by addressing social, emotional, and environmental challenges, leading programs, and ensuring a safe space.
