Lead after-school site operations: supervise staff, run age-appropriate programs, ensure safety and program quality, build relationships with families and partners, manage behavior and facility upkeep, assist with administrative and light food/front-desk duties, and promote youth development and post-secondary readiness.

Provide front-desk and administrative support including phone coverage, calendar and inbox management, processing membership and CCAP applications, document preparation, data entry, billing/expense reconciliation, and general office tasks to support enrollment operations and families.
