Designs and delivers complex HVAC systems for healthcare, higher education, and laboratory projects. Responsibilities include heating and cooling load calculations, ductwork and piping design, equipment selection, specifications, system sequences, vendor and contractor coordination, interdisciplinary collaboration, RFI responses, submittal reviews, field verification, proposals, client management, and project oversight.

Designs HVAC systems for complex building projects, including heating and cooling load calculations, ductwork and piping layouts, equipment selection, air and water flow development, specifications, sequences of operation, and coordinated construction documents. Reviews submittals, responds to RFIs, coordinates with vendors, contractors, and other disciplines, manages design work plans, and performs field verification and system take-offs for renovation projects.

Designs and drafts electrical engineering plans, translates schematic concepts into floor plans, reviews technical product information, coordinates with project teams, manages project documentation and deadlines, and assists with engineering system concepts and major design issues. The role requires collaboration, communication, organization, and experience using Revit and AutoCAD for building projects.
