The Summer Camp Director oversees camp operations, manages staff, communicates with campers and parents, resolves conflicts, and ensures a safe and engaging environment.

Oversee daily operations of on-site afterschool Full Service PM enrichment programs. Lead, train, and supervise instructors; implement BAM! curriculum; manage safety and check-in/out procedures; communicate with parents, school staff, and Program Manager; compile attendance and activity reports; develop community partnerships and ensure program quality.

Lead on-site licensed Pre-K and after-school enrichment programs: ensure DCFS compliance, supervise and coach staff, support instruction, maintain safety and ratios, manage behavior and incidents, liaise with families and schools, and maintain licensing documentation.
