Supports Foreign Military Sales programs by assisting case managers, program managers, and team leads with analyzing and managing FMS casework. Ensures compliance with the Arms Export Control Act, Security Assistance Management Manual, ITAR, and DoD acquisition policies. Communicates with staff, customers, and organizational stakeholders, performs duties independently, and uses Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Project, and Adobe Acrobat. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and substantial relevant experience.

Leads and administers a contracted effort at contractor and government sites, serving as the primary government interface for technical and program issues. Oversees contract execution, manages program resources, and supports customer and organizational communications. The role requires extensive experience, knowledge of Foreign Military Sales, NAVAIR support, Microsoft and project-management software, a graduate degree or approved substitution, U.S. citizenship, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Performs program and project analysis for aircraft, weapon, and product acquisition programs. Evaluates objectives, requirements, budgets, schedules, and project status; conducts management, technical, and business case analyses; organizes program data; tracks schedules; and applies government processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
