Lead multiple cross-functional projects on the Product team using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Manage end-to-end project life cycles, documentation, backlogs, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-impact outcomes. Design and execute test plans for web and API features, build and maintain UI/API automation (Playwright preferred), expand unit/integration test coverage, run accessibility and cross-browser testing, own CI quality gates and release verification, validate data flows with SQL, and document QA standards while driving process improvements.

Coordinate workforce development across three Chicago campuses by sourcing and promoting internships and jobs, managing outreach and outcomes data in Salesforce, supporting jobs campaigns and Fellow engagement, running events and Learning Lab participation, and providing in-person logistical support to help Fellows secure post-graduation employment.

Provide executive administrative support to multiple senior leaders: calendar and travel management, meeting logistics, stakeholder correspondence, Salesforce data entry, board meeting coordination, and project support.
