Teams at Braven

Manage a portfolio of cross-functional technical projects across Systems, Product, Engineering, Data Operations, and Volunteer teams. Responsibilities include project planning, backlog refinement, sprint and release coordination, dependency and risk management, stakeholder reporting, delivery metrics, and process improvement. The role requires strong Jira, Scrum, and Kanban experience, technical team collaboration, and the ability to work onsite three days weekly in Atlanta, Chicago, New York, or Newark, with occasional travel.

Owns operational tools, processes, and protocols supporting Braven’s Accelerator course. The role designs systems ahead of launch, manages rollout and adoption, trains distributed teams, assesses operational readiness, oversees risks, analyzes qualitative and quantitative performance data, and drives continuous improvement. Responsibilities span academic operations, program delivery, student experience and compliance, and operational systems and knowledge management.

Leads BravenX program strategy, implementation, outcomes, nonprofit partnership acquisition, sales, revenue generation, partner satisfaction, and post-course support. Manages a team of 3–4 employees, oversees budgeting and forecasting, develops partnerships, represents Braven externally, and contributes to organization-wide innovation and strategy. The role requires data-driven decision-making, strong stakeholder management, team development, and in-person work in New York City or Chicago.
