Own customer implementation engagements from onboarding through go-live, combining project delivery with technical architecture and SDK/API integration. Manage timelines, scope, stakeholders, risks, and technical blockers while translating requirements into implementation plans. Build customer relationships, coordinate agencies and third parties, drive adoption and success metrics, document solutions, deliver training, and advocate customer needs to product teams.

Source, recruit, and hire Product and Engineering talent through the full recruiting lifecycle. Partner with hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies, maintain measurable recruiting processes, analyze pipeline metrics and dashboards, improve recruiting systems and employer brand, contribute to strategic planning, and mentor recruiting peers.

Build and own features for Braze’s high-scale user segmentation system. Develop Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend functionality, optimize MongoDB and ClickHouse queries, and work with large-scale data. Own medium-sized projects from requirements through production, collaborate with product and design teams, write automated tests, review code, and participate in on-call support. The role requires strong software fundamentals, database experience, ownership, and effective communication.
