Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and custom apps. Build workflows, integrations, server/client scripts, Service Portal widgets, and CMDB integrations. Design, deploy, and operate enterprise Red Hat OpenShift clusters across on-prem and cloud. Automate lifecycle with GitOps/IaC, onboard apps, manage networking/storage/observability, harden security, run DR drills, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and mentor engineers.

Design and deliver end-to-end Industrial IoT systems from edge data acquisition to cloud ingestion, real-time analytics, dashboards, and OT/IT integrations. Build secure connectivity, device management, edge applications, and pipelines; ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards, produce documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Design and drive multi-cloud strategy and reference architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. Design, build, and maintain scalable Java (11/17) microservices with Spring Boot and responsive front-end apps using React (or Angular/Vue).
