Implement REST/SOAP and middleware-mediated patterns, optimize high-volume data flows, lead migration from point-to-point to middleware, produce documentation and runbooks, provide post-go-live support, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, deploy, and operate heterogeneous enterprise storage (NetApp, Pure, Ceph) across block, file, and object for data center, cloud, and Kubernetes. Build automation, backup/replication, performance and capacity management, observability, and cost-optimization. Lead upgrades, troubleshooting, and storage lifecycle/security practices.

Design and implement advanced Windchill Java customizations (services, listeners, processors), extend data model via TAM, build JSP/HTML extensions, create background queues, implement workflows and robot delegates, optimize performance, lead migrations from legacy customizations, perform code reviews, provide post-go-live support, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
