Provides senior-level financial planning and cost management support by developing budgets, forecasts, cost projections, and variance analyses. Monitors KPIs, identifies risks and efficiency opportunities, supports strategic decision-making, and prepares executive financial insights. The role partners with the CFO and senior leadership while managing confidential information and driving continuous improvement.

Coordinates procurement of aircraft parts, spares, and supplies from purchase order initiation through closure. Sources and evaluates vendors, negotiates purchasing decisions, tracks need and arrival dates, coordinates shipments and returns, updates purchase orders, and communicates quality documentation requirements. Supports global procurement activities, international assignments, inventory management, and vendor engagement while providing rotational weekend AOG support.

Leads safety and quality assurance activities for aviation operations across the Gulf of Mexico and Suriname. Provides employee training, conducts audits, inspections, investigations, and safety reviews, coordinates HSE issues, supports OSHA inspections, manages hazard removal, analyzes safety metrics, and advises leadership on regulatory compliance and safety programs. Some operational travel is required.
