The intern will collaborate with HR stakeholders and senior leaders while using Excel for data analysis and complex spreadsheet management.

Supports tenant coordination during retail construction projects, including design and construction timeline tracking, plan reviews, permitting, lease reviews, signage approvals, progress monitoring, store opening coordination, reporting, scheduling, and confidential data management. The internship provides exposure to retail real estate operations, mentorship, training, and a cross-functional project presented to executives.

Supports the Finance function through project-based financial analysis, leasing economics reviews, revenue forecasting, metric reporting, cash flow modeling in Argus Enterprise, and quarterly valuation reports. The intern evaluates shopping center financial operations and property NOI, collaborates with Asset Management, Leasing, Accounting, and Development, and presents project findings to executive leadership. The role also involves preparing financial analyses and coordinating multiple tasks.

Supports commercial real estate leasing teams by preparing lease proposals, maintaining property and tenant information, distributing marketing materials, coordinating lease documentation, producing leasing reports and analyses, and handling office administration such as travel, expenses, mail, presentations, and business communications.

Design, implement, automate, monitor, and support multi-vendor enterprise LAN/WAN/wireless/SD-WAN/cloud networks. Manage Cisco and Arista switching, Aruba wireless and ClearPass, Prisma SD-WAN, and SolarWinds observability. Perform vulnerability remediation, ticket-based operational support via ServiceNow, documentation, incident response, and occasional on-call and site travel.

Provides operational and end-user support for marketing technology platforms, including ticket triage, troubleshooting, integrations, configuration, release validation, documentation, onboarding, and rollout activities. Partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to resolve defects, maintain data integrity, improve platform adoption, gather customer feedback, and inform product roadmap priorities.
