Supports leasing and marketing teams by analyzing market, consumer, trade area, competitor, and shopping center performance data. Prepares research reports, presentations, maps, charts, and visualizations to inform retailer outreach, merchandising, portfolio positioning, and leasing decisions. Tracks visitation and consumer behavior trends, communicates actionable findings, and maintains data quality across analytical outputs.

Administer contracts, change orders, purchase orders, work orders, SOWs, and insurance documentation for property management and tenant coordination projects. Track approvals and commitments, ensure vendor forms and policies are complete, support users of the Proliance system, assist with audits and user acceptance testing, and update procedural documentation. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and independent project management.

Supports property marketing through event planning, retailer promotions, community partnerships, social media, content development, campaign execution, market research, and performance monitoring. The intern will develop event strategies, identify engagement opportunities, collaborate across departments, and present findings to leadership. This is a full-time, approximately 10-week summer internship based in Chicago, with one remote day per week.
