Maintains CRM pipeline data and represents the brokerage in networking and industry events. Requires an active Life and Health Insurance License, proven benefits sales success, strong insurance knowledge, consultative selling skills, and routine travel.

Manages and underwrites renewal property and casualty business, reviewing risks, loss histories, applications, exposures, rates, quotes, binders, and policies. Builds relationships with retail agencies and producers to grow revenue, retain business, and maintain profitability. Ensures accurate documentation, policy issuance, regulatory filings, and tax compliance. Services existing accounts, negotiates placements, uses binding authorities, and assists with training personnel.
