Build and manage sales pipeline, lead technical discovery and solution design, create TCO/ROI and sustainability narratives, maintain CRM (Salesforce) accuracy, enable channel partners, cross-sell, and travel up to 50%.

Design and apply Starline high-amperage busduct systems: produce system layouts, technical offers, and drawings; support sales/customers with estimation, compliance, troubleshooting, training, and project lifecycle coordination; collaborate with internal teams for assembly and field issue resolution.

Lead and grow strategic relationships with national electrical contractors, OEMs, and distribution partners. Develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, drive revenue through upsell/cross-sell, collaborate with internal teams, support project business, and represent the company at trade shows and customer sites. Role requires ~50% travel.

Manage full lifecycle of a fiber connectivity product line for data center markets: NPD, go-to-market support, forecasting, pricing, S&OP participation, marketing collateral, market research, and performance metrics. Travel up to 25%.

Responsible for maintaining and improving quality systems for lighting products, leading root-cause and CAPA efforts, conducting audits, supporting NPI, analyzing production data to drive improvements, working with suppliers, creating quality documentation, supporting testing/validation, and training production staff.

Manage strategic sourcing for indirect spend categories, develop category strategies, lead RFx and negotiations, onboard and manage suppliers, track savings and supplier performance, ensure compliance and risk mitigation, and maintain procurement data and contracts.

Manage federal, state, and international tax compliance for assigned subsidiaries, support ASC 740 accounting, assist audits, prepare tax returns and analyses, lead process improvements, and mentor Tax Analysts.
