Process mailed-in customer checks for deposit: sort mail, extract payments, operate high-speed imaging equipment, enter and verify data per client SOPs, reconcile documentation, perform research on exceptions, maintain HIPAA/confidentiality, and support the team.

The Risk Appetite, Strategic and Reputation Risk Manager leads risk identification, management, and reporting, collaborating with management on strategic priorities and compliance.

Manage and monitor a portfolio of complex commercial loans; develop and implement collection and recovery strategies; negotiate restructurings with borrowers and attorneys; perform credit and collateral analysis; minimize losses and legal expenses; report to Special Assets Manager and ensure BSA compliance.

Develop new business and originate mortgage loans per bank policies. Consult with customers, prepare applications, obtain documentation, analyze credit and financial data, underwrite within authority, provide disclosures, engage referral sources (realtors, builders), and cross-sell bank products. Maintain active NMLS registration and use Microsoft Office.

Review and analyze borrower and guarantor financials, test covenant compliance, complete post-closing loan reviews, prepare ad hoc reports, support credit administration projects, mentor junior analysts, and maintain confidentiality and policy compliance.

Own and grow an enterprise book of business: prospect new clients nationwide, execute cold-calling and pipeline strategies, present demos and solution-based proposals, negotiate contracts, coordinate with Product/IT/Operations, maintain CRM activity, provide market feedback, and meet or exceed sales targets. Frequent travel for onsite meetings and tradeshows required.

Lead a local wealth management team to drive organic growth, deliver comprehensive wealth solutions, ensure client retention, and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management. Coordinate with internal partners to expand client relationships and implement market-specific business development initiatives.

Manage fiduciary accounts as trustee/executor/administrator/conservator/guardian; serve as primary relationship manager, administer accounts compliantly, conduct account reviews, coordinate discretionary actions, provide high-level client service, and escalate complex issues to leadership.
