Lead a local wealth management team to drive organic growth, deliver comprehensive wealth solutions, ensure client retention, and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management. Coordinate with internal partners to expand client relationships and implement market-specific business development initiatives.

Perform SBA loan underwriting and credit analysis, evaluate financial statements and collateral, prepare credit memos (OM/CCAR), ensure SBA eligibility and compliance, collaborate with lending and closing teams, monitor portfolio metrics and prepare reviews, and maintain familiarity with bank and SBA systems and policies.

Manage fiduciary accounts as trustee/executor/administrator/conservator/guardian; serve as primary relationship manager, administer accounts compliantly, conduct account reviews, coordinate discretionary actions, provide high-level client service, and escalate complex issues to leadership.
