Manage end-to-end U.S. payroll and support international payroll activities. Analyze payroll data, resolve complex tax and wage issues, ensure regulatory compliance, perform reconciliations and controls, and support Workday Payroll reporting and enhancements. Lead payroll projects, process improvements, audits, year-end activities, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives with HR, Accounting, HRIS, and external vendors.

Conduct outbound prospecting (50–75 calls/day), nurture and reactivate prospects and prior customers, manage MQL outreach, field inbound inquiries, record activity in Salesforce, communicate product value, research stakeholders, and collaborate to move opportunities to account-managing SDRs.
