Lead day-to-day programming, operations, and staff at a By The Hand Club site. Recruit, train, and supervise site staff; ensure academic progress, attendance, enrollment, and child safety compliance; manage budgets, community partnerships, facilities issues, and volunteer engagement. Model and lead the organization's Christian spiritual practices.

Lead and manage all 7th-8th grade programming across sites; supervise Junior High Team Leaders; drive academic and spiritual outcomes; oversee training, partnerships, enrollment, budgeting, compliance with child protection, and staff development.

Manage student enrollment and health data (vision, dental), schedule appointments, support attendance/recruitment/retention metrics, ensure compliance with child protection and doctrinal standards, coordinate with site leadership and operations, complete ServSafe certification, and perform related administrative duties to meet enrollment and program metrics.
