Teams at Caesars Entertainment, Inc.

Provide guest service while enrolling and assisting members in the Caesars Rewards program, inputting player data, executing promotions and events, assigning prizes, answering guest questions about services and mail programs, and supporting Marketing Supervisor on special projects to promote property amenities and VIP activities.

Oversee assigned table games to ensure accurate gameplay, regulatory compliance, and excellent guest experience. Monitor play for irregularities, support and guide dealers, maintain control of cards/chips/equipment, ensure correct payouts, and protect guest and team safety.

Build and manage Caesars Entertainment sales to drive revenue for rooms, F&B, meeting room rental and related services. Solicit, prospect, and book events; finalize contracts; lead large account sales; conduct site inspections; train and support regional sales staff; collaborate with property operations and other regions; meet measurable sales targets and represent the brand. Travel required.
