The Associate Counsel role involves advising on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, and intellectual property, while managing concurrent legal projects.

Lead evaluation and execution of organic and inorganic investment, special project and transaction opportunities. Research, model, and analyze markets and M&A targets, perform value-creation assessments, manage partners and consultants (including Greece), use data science and AI tools, oversee social media monitoring for digital assets, coach reports, and support C-suite decision-making.

The Staff Accountant prepares monthly accounting records, performs reconciliations, assists with tax documentation, and improves departmental efficiency using AI tools.
