Supports customized investment proposals, portfolio analysis and construction, transition planning, private-alternative investment administration, manager due diligence, and investment research. Partners with wealth advisors and client-facing teams to communicate strategies and align recommendations with client objectives, risk, tax, and liquidity needs. Improves investment processes using AI and technology, develops analytical materials, and maintains frameworks and documentation.

Directs hospitality accounting operations for Hotel Arista and CityGate Centre, including financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, tax filings, inventory analysis, revenue audits, cash controls, dashboards, and staff supervision. The role ensures accurate financial statements, strong internal controls, expense and labor accountability, and timely operating reports for managers and ownership.

Manage accounting, financial reporting, and administration for assigned investment funds, including reviewing service-provider deliverables, financial statements, NAV pricing, expenses, regulatory filings, controls, and fund board materials. The role coordinates with administrators, custodians, auditors, and internal teams to resolve issues, supports leverage monitoring and special projects, and trains junior associates. Fund administration experience across ETFs, mutual funds, closed-end funds, interval funds, or UCITS funds is required.
