Manages transportation load tendering, order dispatch, shipping documentation, freight invoice auditing and payment, logistics metrics, carrier communications, freight claims, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensures cost-effective transportation while meeting delivery objectives. Requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with transportation planning experience and proficiency in Excel, Oracle/OTM, and related logistics software.

Manages end-to-end customer relationships for manufacturing accounts, including customer records, credit terms, quotes, orders, order status, expediting, CRM updates, and complaints. Owns just-in-time supply chain programs and partners with sales, product management, supply planning, demand planning, and scheduling teams on forecasts, reorder points, material availability, and commercial opportunities. Performs inside sales follow-up and customer check-ins while maintaining accurate delivery-related system data.

Provide expert technical support and product/application guidance for refractory products; develop market growth strategies, product launches, promotions, and business cases; perform application analysis, collaborate on failure investigations, conduct market and portfolio analysis, and present at industry events.
