Lead and develop a TPM team overseeing TPMs, BI engineers, and release managers to deliver cloud software, networking hardware, and embedded systems. Establish PMO governance, SAFe practices, CI/CD-driven release management, risk/change controls, budgeting/forecasting, and executive analytics to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely, high-quality releases.

Lead product strategy and commercialization for Calix E9/E3 access systems and ASM, define requirements and roadmaps, drive OMCI/ONT interoperability and multivendor PON solutions, engage customers and cross-functional teams, and manage product lifecycle and metrics to improve revenue, margin, and TCO.
