Own workstreams from prototype to reliable production: prompt design, retrieval, model selection, integrations, error handling, monitoring, and documentation to drive measurable operational impact and reusable platform patterns.

Installs, modifies, maintains, and tests wireless telecommunications infrastructure on towers, rooftops, and other sites. Responsibilities include tower climbing, mounting equipment, installing fiber optic and DC electrical lines, servicing RF components, constructing cable pathways and support structures, and performing fiber diagnostics. The role requires strict safety practices, physical fitness, outdoor work, teamwork, a valid driver’s license, and regional travel.

Leads and grows a distributed software engineering team building a scalable cloud data and analytics platform. Owns architecture, data modeling, technical delivery, roadmaps, product collaboration, agile planning, quality standards, security alignment, vendor relationships, and engineering KPIs. The role remains hands-on with coding, code reviews, documentation, data architecture, deployment, and development of SaaS data products using Azure or AWS, Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake, and Power BI.
