Coordinates project deliverables, meetings, documentation, client communications, invoices, user acceptance testing, help desk responses, and project reporting. Provides administrative support to program managers and project teams while tracking issues, feedback, and resolutions. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, independent work, and up to 20% travel per quarter in a remote U.S. setting.

Oversee test development activities, project schedules, deliverables, scope, and client communications. Coordinate with Item Development Managers, clients, and internal content teams to develop annual schedules, resolve project issues, and create item development plans. The role requires education assessment expertise, client management experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, deadline management, collaboration, and travel of one to eight weeks annually.

Analyzes and integrates complex datasets to produce actionable insights, reliable management reports, and data quality improvements. The role develops SQL-based analyses, monitors and configures systems, supports information systems projects, and communicates findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Candidates must work independently, solve complex data challenges, and be proficient with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, Excel, Access, databases, and a scripting language.
