Leads and develops a dealership sales team, drives sales performance and profitability, manages lender relationships and financing products, oversees deal structuring, and ensures accurate, compliant, ethical transactions.

Sells new and used RVs through a customer-focused sales process. Responsibilities include demonstrating RV units, understanding products and inventory, closing sales with the F&I team, following up with customers, exceeding sales goals, monitoring market trends, and attending RV shows and events. The role requires strong communication, customer service, flexibility, physical ability to move and handle RVs, and willingness to obtain a state sales license where required.
