Designs and develops engaging employee training across eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, webinar, and job-aid formats. Partners with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to assess needs, create and maintain content, manage learning projects, and measure training effectiveness. The role also involves media production, including video scripting, editing, and graphic design, while using feedback and analytics to improve learning strategies.

Develop and maintain backend-focused integrations connecting CRM, ERP, POS, and web systems through APIs. Design, modify, test, and monitor enterprise applications across the full software development lifecycle. Support data integrity, system performance, internal customers, and 24/7 operations through rotational on-call duties. Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple projects and contribute to modernization efforts involving containers, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Plans, executes, optimizes, and reports on paid search and digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Campaign Manager, and GA4. Conducts A/B testing, analyzes performance data, coordinates with business teams, manages multiple projects, improves processes, and supports the development and training of team members.

Administers end-to-end workers’ compensation claims, casualty insurance programs, OSHA recordkeeping, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinates with employees, operational leaders, TPAs, adjusters, attorneys, and medical resources; monitors claims, reserves, expenses, and IBNR; supports limited-duty programs; reconciles insurance fees and allocations; manages monopolistic-state claims; and assists with OSHA surveys, inspections, training, and reporting.

Promote and sell new and used RVs through demonstrations and walkthroughs, close deals with F&I and management, follow up with customers using a no-pressure approach, enter customer and inventory data, and perform light physical tasks.

Drive lead generation and appointment setting through outbound calls and CRM management. Nurture prospects from first contact through post-sale support, align with marketing, track performance metrics, and collaborate with sales to convert opportunities. Use scripts, meet activity targets, and maintain customer satisfaction.
