Designs HVAC systems under licensed engineer supervision, including ductwork, piping, controls, equipment selection, load calculations, energy models, and Revit/BIM construction drawings. Assists with plumbing and fire protection design, specifications, reports, submittal reviews, and construction administration. Performs occasional site visits to verify conditions and observe construction progress.

Supports telecommunications engineering design for building construction and renovation projects under the direction of project leaders and licensed engineers. Prepares construction documents and specifications, assists with system layouts, code research, shop drawing and submittal reviews, RFIs, change orders, and site observations. The role develops engineering design skills across healthcare, education, commercial, sports, and science and technology projects while coordinating multiple assignments and recommending process improvements.

Leads architectural design, production, detailing, coordination, documentation, and quality assurance for multidisciplinary projects. Coordinates engineering systems and consultants, communicates design and project updates to clients, performs site observations, integrates sustainable strategies, supports business development, and mentors junior staff. Ensures compliance with building codes, statutory requirements, and QA/QC standards while promoting technical and design excellence.
